Who we are

We provide residential lettings, sales, professional co-living and property management services in the United Kingdom.

Using the website

You agree that you will provide accurate information, keep login details confidential, use the site only for lawful purposes, and not attempt unauthorised access or misuse forms.

Property listings

Listings, photographs, rents, prices, availability and descriptions are provided in good faith as a guide. They may change, contain errors, or be withdrawn without notice. A listing is not an offer capable of acceptance.

Enquiries, viewings and applications

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a property. Referencing, affordability, right-to-rent and anti-money laundering checks may be required before any tenancy or sale can proceed.

Maintenance reports

A reference number is an acknowledgement that we received the report, not a promise of a particular repair timescale. Emergencies that threaten life or safety should be reported to the emergency services.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. If you use the site as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
