To respond to enquiries, manage maintenance requests, administer lettings and sales, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and contact records are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Maintenance and tenancy records are kept for the life of the tenancy and any statutory retention period.
